Our team has a combined 143 years of experience with RSVP Events, not just in the industry.

How much lead time do you need to prepare for an event?

While this greatly depends on the size of the event, in some cases we can turn around an event from concept to finish in as little as 1 week. To get a sense of timing, set a complimentary consultation with us.


Is there a minimum for event planning services?

Full-service planning service fees start at $2,500. Learn more by contacting us.


Is there an event size too big or too small?

No! We have planned small intimate events with as little as 10-25 people as well as events that reach 10,000 people or more. We love the challenge of making your event incredible, no matter its size.

All events must reach our $2,500 minimum for planning services investment.


How far do we travel to produce events?

We often travel for full-service planning!

While we’re proudly based in the NC Triangle and headquartered in Chapel Hill, NC, we have produced events in North Carolina, the Carolina Coast, South Carolina, and Virginia.
